 2″-3″: Ideal for merit badges, and very simple designs. Suitable for caps with 2-3 thread colors….But please be mindful, text does not turn out very legible at this size.
 3″-4″: Ideal for shirts’ pocket, sleeve, and small bags….But please be mindful of the details and number of letters to avoid a cramped look.
 5″-7″: Perfect for chest areas on sports bags, totes, and backpacks.
 8″-10″: Best for adult back patches on jackets, jerseys, shirts, or sweatshirts.
*The sizes provided are for the largest dimension of the patch, and the final measurements will depend on the aspect ratio of the design.

1. Heat up your iron. You want your iron to be on its highest heat setting in order for the patch to properly adhere to the clothing.
2. Plan your design.
3. Place a thin cloth over the front of the patch.
4. Iron on patch.
5. Flip and repeat steps 3 and 4 on backside.
6. Let it cool, and you’re done!

We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 7 days of receipt.
